Jozef Letasi is a veteran bartender with nearly two decades shaping cocktail culture in some of Las Vegas’ most distinguished hospitality destinations. Celebrated for his precision and spirit-forward style rooted in classic technique, Jozef’s original cocktails have been featured in multiple national publications.
At Class, his background in environmental and mechanical engineering informs a thoughtful approach to ingredients—fully utilizing every element, minimizing waste, and avoiding environmentally harmful materials, all without compromising flavor or presentation. Beyond the bar, he draws inspiration from time outdoors—hiking, mountain biking, and cooking with fresh, whole ingredients.
A recent journey to Turin, Italy—the birthplace of vermouth—earned him certification from Esperienza Vermouth and deepened his passion for heritage spirits. With Class, Jozef brings his vision to life: reviving forgotten classics, spotlighting underappreciated spirits, and blending time-honored methods with modern innovation to craft drinks that are thoughtful, timeless, and true to their origins.
